Operation Hokki. Long range patrol is crossing a wide river and their leader Captain Honkanen, who is ill and in high fever, is packed into a rubber boat. August 29, 1944. The mission objective was to destroy railway yard of Petroskoi to prevent enemy from supplying it's troops in Battle of Ilomantsi. Due to many setbacks the objective was changed and they destroyed large parts of a railroad track used to supply the troops in Ilomantsi. Operation Hokki is the only known Finnish airborne operation in WWII.
