Finnish T-26. This particular individual is very likely one of the ones made from the soviet flamethrower tanks (OT-26,OT-130,OT-133) that were captured in the Winter War. Finns saw the flamethrower tanks unpractical, dodgy and great waste of gasoline, so the flamethrower turrets were replaced with gun turrets and they were then later put into action.
