Finnish military personnel and folk of non-Finno-Ugric ancestry at an internment camp established by the Finnish Military Administration for East Karelia in Petrozavodsk. In the late years of the Continuation War (1941–44) e.g. Swiss reporters were invited to the camps of Petrozavodsk to oppose the Soviet claims about bad circumstances on the camps.
