The title of this picture is "Corpses Syvärin block 13.5.1942". The picture is one of 300 images declassified by the Finnish government in 2006 showing the Winter War and Continuation War against the Soviet Union from 1939-45. I don't have any more information, to me it looks like the dead people in this picture are wearing uniforms, I can't say for sure what uniforms, my guess would be Finnish uniforms.
