Sergeant Dalidovich in the battle for the city of Klein Klüdde showed exceptional courage and bravery. He was the first on the attack and his actions inspired the rest of the fighters. In this battle he killed three Germans including one officer.
In the battle for Neuhütten being surrounded by the Germans Dalidovich opened fire at point-blank range from a machine gun. Having dispersed most of them and seeing that another group of 10 Germans persistently was pressing on him, he pretended to surrender and when the enemies approached him at a close distance killed three of them and took the captives to the control post of the regiment.
