Vertical aerial photograph taken during a daylight attack on the fortified town of Nikšić, Yugoslavia, today Montenegro, by Vickers Wellingtons of No. 205 Group RAF, in support of Marshal Tito's partisan forces. 4,000-lb HC bombs burst on German positions during this successful attack which was estimated to have damaged 50 per cent of the buildings within the town. At this time, 1944-1945, the No 205 Group RAF was based in Foggia area, Southern Italy. Victor Sierra
