Haifa-Israel-Ship

I bought an album of photo's at a thrift shop. I believe that they are of Haifa Israel. Could someone let me know the time frame and the nationality of the ship? I have a few others of ships but most of of Haifa, in town and panoramic views. I put this photo under the British. Perhaps the 1930's??
