Vera Lynn - "the Forces' Sweetheart" - with British and Imperial soldiers in Burma. Dame Vera has returned to the UK album charts recently with a "Very Best Of" collection. Well deserved. Sometimes a song is worth a division. At that rate, Vera was worth several corps. Very much a part of the British Forces. Best regards, JR.
