US domestic information/propaganda poster, exhorting industrial workers to take care to avoid industrial accidents that might neutralize them (temporarily, as far as this image is concerned) to the advantage of the Axis.  Leaving aside the "Hitler" bit, this could fit into an industrial safety campaign even now ... JR.

US domestic information/propaganda poster encouraging effort among workers in domestic industry which would ensure the victory of "free" workers - as compared with the (implicitly) slave states of the Axis.  An interesting aspect of this poster is the fact that the "welder" illustrated is obviously a somewhat middle-aged individual - possibly a subtle note of encouragement of older skilled men who had left industry to return to it in the interests of the war effort.
