Satirical German cartoon from the early 1930s (not sure of date).  Apart from stupidity (evidenced in the way he handled his political situation in 1933-'34), Rohm's personal preferences were well known (at least by the contemporary equivalent of the "chattering classes") in Germany at this time. "England", the enemy in this poster, is personified as a typical Nazi Jewish caricature figure, representing, I suppose, the alleged control enjoyed by Jewish financiers over "England".
