The Italian Tiger

The development of the heavy tank P26/40 was in project and these are the designs. Named P43 waiting for the exact weight, around the 30 tons (so to be named P30/43) it would be a bit longer than the P26 but much larger, with the same 75/34 gun. A sort of Panther. A tank called P43 bis was already under project, same basis, around 40 tons of weight and armed with a ligheter and shorter version of the 90/53 gun. The Italian Tiger. DVX
