SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Weidinger standing behind one of the last Pz.Kpfw. IV of the 2. SS-Panzer-Division in the Vienna side of the Floridsdorfer Bridge. In Will Fey's book: Armor Battles of the Waffen-SS there is a photo which looks similar to this. ( http://www.thirdreichruins.com/vienna.htm ) I think the artist get the inspiration from that photo.
