Spanish blue Division

My wife's Uncle Luis Fernandez Del Pino who served in the Spanish Blue Division and survived the war In Russia. That is about all the info I have. Not being a subject matter expert on German uniforms, can someone there tell something about rank, Army or Air Force, ribbons,..... Thanks in advance,.....
