Operation Greif

A jeep is stopped at an American checkpoint, while the sentries check for Operation Greif men. That was the commando group led by Otto Skorzeny that dressed in captured American and British uniforms in an effort to capture a couple of bridges over the Meuse River. Many spoke perfect English and had the use of captured Allied vehicles. They also sowed confusion by posing as MP's and altered road signs.
