Irish veterans of the "Connolly Column", British (English speaking) International Brigade, at a 2008 commemoration of  the sacrifice of their comrades at the Spanish Civil War Battle of Jarama.  The flag is the "Starry Plough" (Plough in the Stars) banner of the Irish Citizen Army, used by a number of Left-wing Irish organisations in the early 20th century.  Best regards, JR.
