Battle of Tai'erzhuang

Yang Huimin was a Girl Scout when the Second Sino Japanese War broke out 1937. During the Battle of Shanghai, she supplied a Republic of China flag and brought supplies to besieged defenders of the Sihang Warehouse. Her actions proved inspiring to the defenders, who flew the flag the next daybreak in front of thousands of watching eyes across the bank of the Suzhou Creek.

She survived the war and the Chinese Civil War and died 1992 in Taiwan.

A Chinese machine gun nest in the Battle of Wuhan 1938.

This machine gun doesn't look like a Maxim but like a Schwarzlose to me. Any other suggestions?
