The german &quot;kleines kettenkrad&quot; (small halftrack motorbike), type NSU HK-101, Sd.Kfz. 2, was very popular by the opponents too. Here's a group of british soldiers somewhere in North Africa on a captured Kettenkrad which still bears the markings of the german 3rd squadron, Kradschützen-Bataillon 55 (infantry on motorbikes) of the 5th Panzer-Division.

British Tanks of the 44th Royal Tank Regiment lined up front to back in the village of Veghel on September 21, 1944. The 44th Royal Tank Regiment supported the 101st Airborne Division in the battle to retain control of Hell's Highway.
