Proclamation of General Charles de Gaulle to the French people, 18 June, 1940, from London.  Many French people were slow to respond - including a substantial number of French servicemen evacuated at Dunkirk, who demanded that they be returned to France.  In the end, however, in spite of all, the Free French were victorious (am I paraphrasing something ?  No - surely not ...).  Best regards, JR.

"England", the enemy in this poster, is personified as a typical Nazi Jewish caricature figure, representing, I suppose, the alleged control enjoyed by Jewish financiers over "England".
