Twin 13mm Hotchkiss HMGs, used as AA guns. Note the French helmets and the head gear actually being worn: they are wearing a warm weather cap (name forgotten at the moment), which if IIRC was based on a cap worn by Romanian peasants. Romania had been ally of France before the war: rear units often had old French helmets.
