An American amphibian GMC DUKW-353 is being unloaded from the landing craft LST-543 at the floating pier in Mulberry Harbor.  Mulberry Harbor is a British system of coastal structures, which were temporary seaports, used on the undevelopped coast of Normandy, France to offload military equipment, personnel and supplies during Operation Overlord; June 1944.
