Posed, but nice photo of Private Wojtek, mascot of the Polish 22nd Artillery Supply Company, with female admirers - probably Polish women drivers.  Provenance slightly hazy but - looking at Wojtek's large-cub size, probably Egypt or Libya, early 1943.  By this time, Wojtek had become something of a mascot to the entire "Anders Army", the group of tens of thousands of Polish soldiers and their families originally interned in the Soviet Union but allowed to cross to join the British forces in Iran following the onset of Operation Barbarossa.
