SLC in training

A rare shot of the SLC (Siluro a Lenta Corsa = Slow Race Torpedo, called by the crews "maiale", known by the Allies as "human torpedo") in a training. There are a few photos of the SLC in action because at the time it was a secret weapon. Anyway in the photo it's floating at an upper cruise depth level than the usual: in an operative mission the highest level of floating admitted was that of the pilot mask, and no more. DVX
