Eric Fletcher Waters with his family. The little baby is Roger Waters, later founder of the famous Pink Floyd band. Roger is still searching for his father's remains, being Eric Waters has been listed officially as MIA since February 18 1944 near Aprilia, during the Anzio - Nettuno battle. Probably the corpse is buried in one of the various collective tombs of unknown British soldiers. Roger Waters will be soon at Anzio for the 70th battle anniversary. The famous Pink Floyd's song "When the Tigers Broke Free", like many others, is clearly inspired by the memory of Eric Waters. DVX
