Tank and Infantry in the Bulge

On February 23, 1945, U.S. paratroopers and Filipino guerrillas saved 2,147 prisoners of war at Los Baños, Philippines. It was one of the most successful rescues in modern history. Two paratroopers and POWs were killed, along with 80 Japanese.
