Insugriment Army. The UPA has grown from OUN ( organisation of Ukrainians Nationalists) in early 1941. The most pro-nazi part of UPA was exactly OUN.

The UPA (I dont know right now what they stand for) were a nationalistic partisan amrmy in Ukraine. They kept fighting after WW2 against the Soviets because they wanted a free Ukrainian state. I am not an expert on them, but this should give a rough...

I mean the UPA is translated as Ukrainskaj Povstancheskaj Armia ( Ukranian Insugriment Army)
