    01.09.1939 - 06.10.1939 , In 1 MONTH AND 6 DAYS they defeat Poland. ... ("2 weeks" is common mistake from american tv) 2 weeks is only the time of destroying Polish air force ONLY after heavy fight [source:all classic polish books about "Polish september"]

    Yes Kortxero there does seem to be a civilian. I would bet that he was a collaborator, and dealt with much the same as the germans. As for being released shortly after; that to is most likely true. I believe it took something of two weeks to totally...

    My guess is they got freed not much longer after that... Strangely, there seem to be a civilian among them.
