Joska is right. Its a Steyr M95. I know, I've owned a Nagant, and am thinking about purchasing an M95. They're quite cheap (<$150), but ammunition is scarce.

The Steyr series m95 rifles wook a stripper clip of 5 rounds and the stripper clip itself came down the bottom after all 5 rounds were used. That is actually a Hungarian made Mosin(maybe a carbine, i cant tell as it goes off picture, Hungarians made both lengths), you can tell by the semi-pistol grip, and the magazine has been changed, rather than seamlessly blending to the trigger it has a little flourish.Also the slings are swivel type rather than cut-in like Russian made Mosins are.

Also, the picture is of a very good quality: I dont think that in a Hungarian village, (take a look at the house) they had such a good camera.
