If this was '43-'44 those jackets wouldn't be so pristine! So: winter '42 or spring '43. Note the small bands on the right upper arm: those existed in green, blue and red and were used for identification purposes: the Russians also wore white clothing... The poor color quality doesn't show the armband to good effect: might be green, might be blue...
