Desert watch
Description
Two German paratroopers are joined by a local arab in their watch positions in Tunisia, North. The open expanses of North Africa meant that Allied armor and troops were vulnerable to paratrooper’ machine-guns and anti-tank weapons, while the Germans suffered from Allied aircraft and artillery; November 1942-May 1943.
