Royal Canadian Army -1939 - Gunner or Gunners ?

This is a photo of the group my Dad is in along with a long time friend Mr. Coffee from Sydney, Nova Scotia area. My Dad was a gunner & a machinest too I believe, because Dad spoke of a Colonel Olands that he knew in the Army and, had made replaca's of some of the arms for the Colonel. Apparently Colonel Olands had them for many years in his home on display. My Dad's name is Wilfred J. LeBlanc and on his picture in this Photo, on Dad's upper right side of his jacket I wrote DAD .
