Evillittlekenny, the swiss, for ex. also kiss 3 times on the cheeck, in my country it's only 2 times, it's a matter of cultural diferences, this is diferent, it depicts a religious greeting, like catholics do, when they kiss the pope's hand or robes....

The orthodox kiss? Strange, I have never seen any orthodox person kiss another in the mouth in the way of a greeting etc. Atleast the Serbs I know. They kiss 3 times, but always in the cheek.
