Life.Time magazine runs a series of color photos for the  69th anniversary of D-Day.They say the photos were not published before but of great quality.

A period poster advertising Autocar trucks.  It all seems a little naive with the destroyed Japanese aircraft, the GI's trudging past the fuel truck and Harley Davidson motorbike that aren't sinking into the dirt at all.  (It must be the dry season).  The B-24's overhead have a lot more wingspan than they ought.  This probably appeared in Life and Victory magazines as a full-page advertisement.
