A captured German tank at the village of La Gleize, eastern Belgium; January, 1945. - This Panther tank is a rare late war model, where the roadwheels are steel, the same design as the Tiger II. It was destroyed  on this spot by U.S. troops.
    La Gleize was where the advance of Kampfgruppe Peiper was halted during the Battle of the Bulge.
