During battle at Kiev in November 1943 their troops (10 Bursik´s T-34/76, 10 Tesarik´s T-70 and 100 men of Sochor´s infantry) killed or surrounded 600 German soldiers, 6 tanks, many machine guns etc. with own losses 30 killed or wounded. For this Kalinin decorated them in Kremlin by Hero of the USSR Golden Star Medal.

Two of the six Caproni Ca.135 bombers, two 815 HP Isotta Fraschini Asso XI RC.45 in line engines, purchased by the Peruvian Air Corps on 1937 and different from the Italian Air Force’s planes (which employed this aircraft only for a short time) for the weapons installation. After the delivery on the Autumn 1937, transfer via sea from the Naples harbor, the Caproni bombers were assigned to Escuadròn de Aviaciòn N.1 (Aviation Squadron Number One) based at Vitor, Arequipa. The Peruvian Air Corps Ca.135s were not employed during the Ecuadorian-Peruvian War of 1941, but detached for warning service at the Chiclayo’s base. The spares lack damaged forever their engagement.
