MY DAD, MY HERO!

This is my dad Leonardo Toledo Basa during the World War II here in the Philippines. He was assigned in different places like Manila and Bataan. He even served as tank oiler in one of the battleships during that time. He was even given a medal znd certificate but I am just wondering why when we verify to get his records in OTAG camp crame, we didnt get one. He is not listed as USAFFE veteran. ONE THING I AM SURE OF, HE IS ALWAYS A HERO FOR US! Though unremembered, and unrecorded by our government.
