The man in the far left is General George Kinney, commander of the US Far East Air Force. Note the pilots wings....
-
Sorry I see NO McArthur in this photo.
-
This photo is cropped. You can see the full photo at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Osmena_leyte.jpg. MacArthur is seated to the right of Osmeña (Notice that Osmeña is wearing a lifebelt. Guess he really was worried about falling in the water.)
-
That man on the right is President Sergio Osmeña of the Philippines. He's with McArthur's landingcraft during the Leyte Landings and they're teasing each others that they couldn't swim.

Not MacArthur in left rear. Positive of this.
-
Right, the guy in the middle is Major General Richard Kerens Sutherland, we had this photo in the "who is this person"-quiz in the forum.
-
Well, the hat sure looks right!
-
Might be mistaken, but the fellow in the center looks like Lieutenant General Richard K. Sutherland and I am fairly sure the guy in the rear-left is MacArthur. There is a photo of MacArthur in Atsugi, Japan in 45 and this looks like part of the group.

Anyone ever heard of Uncle Dan from the Phillipines?
