It's also worth noting that these are T34/85s, so this is a later war picture (1944-45).

While this photo could have been from any place and any time, I noted the T34's Whip Antenna (The soviets did not have radios in their tanks during the early operations of the war). I Also noted the soft ground (mud being turned up and on the tracks)....

I Also noted the soft ground (mud being turned up and on the tracks). Judging from the Soviet coats it appears to be a counter attack or charge with the new upgunned 76mm Anti-tank cannon. Perhaps Sprink or Fall 1943? I think most may guess this is from the kursk battle but that engaugment took place in the middle of the summer.
