Very much doubt if this could have been at the Seelow Heights. As far as I can make out, this is a KV-1 or KV-1A - although, admittedly, it is difficult to be definite in view of the partial nature of the image. Also, the burning tank appears to be an ...

Don't think so, the russian breakthrough at Seelow Heights happened at the end of April 1945, the last major german defence line before Berlin was situated there.
