Russian hedgehog
Description
This is called a Russian hedgehog. Its at least 88 tommy gun like sub machine guns attached to a low flying russian plane. It was designed to fly slow over large groups of german soldiers open the doors and unleash all these gus at once.

IIRC this was only a proto type and it actually never saw action.

The guns look like PPsh-41's, but I can't tell for sure from this view. The bomb on the shackle out-side of the bombay would do plenty of damage on its own - wonder why no bomb on other mount?
