Fw190 "White One" sits near the hangar at the Texas Air Museum in Rio Hondo, Texas. This aircraft was recovered from the mountain slopes of Normandy in the early 1990s. The German pilot was later re-united with this plane in 1993. The museum is no longer open and the plane has been sold. |
