Anyone know who is the young Waffen SS Hauptscharführer in camouflage uniform at the right?

No idea who he is but it's noticeable that he -as an NCO- is wearing an officer's cap.

I've no idea who he is either, but his officer's cap cords means he is a Standartenoberjunker who has been assigned to a field unit from his Junkerschule for assessment and final examination before being commissioned as an Untersturmfuehrer.
