Thanks Freyir, that was good to watch. There are other videos that you could access that are interesting also.
EDIT: There is a "Part II" to the one you posted and some additional ones that you can access off to the side.

I saw that in the playlist for this video. They named a street in Ontario after Langsdorff, the captain of the Graf Spee

the "lucky" ones among the soldiers in stalingrad , the others weren't so "lucky" ending in the snow . As for the film it make me feel horrible like i am in hell or something .

You sure is Stalingrad ?, I think is more like the summer 1942, an earlier date.

well not absolutely sure of course it can be Kharkov as well too but i doubt it something tells me that the terrain looks exactly like the airfield near the Stalingrad i don't know why maybe i am wrong who knows .

Well, the video I ve uploaded is just a part of an 8 minute footage, the first part showed some landscape, I will upload it and we will see if somebody can identify wich part of Russia /Soviet union is.

The climate in the clip looks a little too temperate for both Stalingrad and Kharkov (February/March 1943).

Excellent film , thanks that you shared it with us :) It can be clearly seen that the Wehrmacht wasn't so motorized , they were using a lot of horses . And it's quite amazing how many soviet POW's you can see on this film too .

...and captured foreign cars, note the French Citroën in the beginning of the clip.

A lot of horses and a captured Citröen 15, a lonely panzer III, soldiers eating "confiscated" russian chickens :), nearly a pityful image of the almighty Wehrmacht.

Yes true , that's why this film is very valuable because it show how was it in reality as we see very far from the propaganda films , i actually got a feeling that they were not in a war but sent like on a vacation there , if it wasn't by the uniforms they look terrible with no sign of what commonly know of the german army discipline and so on .

Fully agree, in that sence is a small jewel, I found this rare vid in a german forum some years ago, fortunately to me I was wise enough to save it in a cd-rom, because the forum is no longer vaialable and there was no youtube in those days.
