I agree with #3. I thought the topic on Hitlers Table Manners was stupid.

Where does this thread rank?

About the "Hitler's table manners"-thread, herman and PK got the point without even knowing they did.
It's amazing what makes the newspapers -all over Europe- 64 years after Hitler's death. That's why I started the thread.
Personally I find threads filled with self-adulations or latin meat inspections much more dispensable...

I don't recall a thread where PK was inspecting his meat, let alone engaging in self-adulation over his meat, although I wouldn't be surprised if he does it in private.

On the srious note, why do you find those threads of mine as useless?
Your thread whould benefit greatly if you explain your nominations. And we could maybe learn something too. But so far this very thread is just as useless as many others, though I do appreciate it's irony and humor.

I WON! Cool!

Don't get too excited.

There wasn't a lot of competition.

Although I suspect that could change.

What could possibly induce anyone to take this thread seriously?

You haven't spent a lot of time down a crap mine, have you?

Well, if the tidbit of information was worth L1000, I'd wish I had the info that they based the article on. BTW, the article could help disprove to the Neo-Nazi types that Hitler wasn't God.;) And gives us a few more reasons, though trivial, not to like the man.

It was actually! That's why I posted it and added a so-called emoticon to point out the sheer ridiculousness.
Anyway, let it slip our mind!

Aside from the fact he was a delusional, mass-murdering *******....

Hitler was also a salad-eater and teetotaling pansy....

They lit him on fire 20 years too late!

Reference that first link to the Banter thread, it's telling that when there is a subject you don't understand you consider it useless, it shows a surprising lack of perspicacity.
Does this mean that quantum theory is 'useless' ?
How about black body radiation ?
Thought not.

There is a possibility that you may be thoroughly conversant with these subjects though I doubt it.
(I am certain however, that you are able to use a search engine and cut & paste...)

The second link points to The 'difficult' Falklands/Malvinas questions thread, which was set up to move some of the stupidity from the Falklands/Malvinas War forum while still enabling you to defend your allegations.
You are well aware of the thread's existence but chose not to join in on it, presumably because you knew you were wrong once again.

Now that speaks volumes on your integrity.

This thread, on television broadcasting in the Third Reich doesn't seem 'useless' to me at all, it should have been illuminating. Unfortunately I didn't notice it when first posted and now Stage6 is no more so the internal link is dead.
Perhaps it might be resurrected if there is enough material available and the interest is there.
