Blow Bridge/German soldiers

I have a few photos of German soldiers at a blown bridge. I believe the pictures are from 1940, somewhere in Holland, Belgium, or France. Can anyone help identify where it is, what river, what bridge, and what German army was there?

I love the first picture, you just see some random Germans running half naked on the beach. But in the location I have no idea.
