For the best, the most realistic Strategy WWII game ever build.
[graphics suck buy hey...it's strategy]

It consists of 3 seperate games:
Beyond Overlord
Barbarossa to Berlin
Afrika Korps

It's turnbased.
I order all my units seperately. This can take as long as you want.
What parameters are you forced to keep in mind?
*experience levels
*the kind of unit: panzergrenadier, infantry, sniper, pioniere, tank, half-track, etc etc
*the weather
*the ground
*fatigue
*....
When finished you send the file by email to your opponent and he does the same with his forces and answers your email.

Then you see a 60sec movie where the battle develops following both opponents their orders.
You can watch this movie several times.

Then it's back to giving orders...

What's also very cool is that you can build your own maps and scenarios.
This results in both historical and funbattles.

I know that there was a long antitank ditch and I wonder if that's represented on 2 maps above by that diagonal bar?

If you think that strategy should has the suck graphics......you make a mistake.
Just look for instance at my favorite WW2 strategy game "Face of the War: 2"

Well i will try to buy it .
You do a great job endeed.
Once i was going to develop the own compain for the CoD shooter. However just could duild the couple of maps;)
The gamer designing is the work of command professionals - the music, sound effect , programming of graphic effects and ets - is something more than the simple map with bots.
Nevertheless i use the often play in own compain my favorite flyight simulator IL-2. This is very easy endeed in this game , i use the built-in map/unit-editor.Eventhe music i could easy choose that i like.

Ah my dear Chevan.

As with all of the unconverted you look at the graphics first and content second.

The Combat Mission titles may not look the best, but believe me, they are the best Company level 3D wargames out there today. The amount of units in them make for a huge variety of tactical situations. For instand CM BB has units from 1941-45 on the Eastern front. This means that you can fight battles with almost all the units, vehicles and infantry types for the whole conflict, including all of the minor nations too.

Armour penetration etc is the best modelled of any game, you wont be killing a Panther in this game by shooting it with rifles.

Try the demo and see for yourself.

Oh Firefly i did not even guess you a fan of WW2 strategies:)
Really.I though you do no play in a game complitelly:)
You perfectly right, the content is a much.
So i do not look at graphic, however the excellent graphic and realistsi physic is a very imporatint matter of the strategy.
