Print and radio reports here today refer to the bloke who murdered the American students as having two pistols, a 9mm and a 22mm.

Somebody should tell these idiot journalists the difference between 22mm and .22.

It's pretty amazing what damage a .22 can do. I remember using .22s to shoot rabbits back in the day. To me, it was never powerful enough.

Hey Allhailcesar, what does your avatar mean? "The San Saba" ?

The U.S.S. San Saba, APA-232, was my Grandfather's ship in the Pacific. It was an attack transport.

The conversion from imperial to metric system cause always trouble, specially in the translations...check this, in here said the Saburo Sakai was hit in the head with 30 mm cannons  ....it was actually a bullet of .30 inches, 7,62mm.
