This will not save the Poland from the jewish law actions for the compensations of property.

The survived the Holocaust Polish Jew Henrik Pikelniy bring the action into the European law court for the rights of man to the government of Poland, requiring compensation for the confiscation by Communists the factory, which belonged to his parents.
This incident - only first step in the campaign, which begin the victims of the Holocaust. Their requirement - to legislatively fasten the restitution of the Jewish property, confiscated in the years of World War II.
Pickling insists on the payment to it of compensation for the loss of dry-goods company, based by its grandfather into Lodz in 1889. This enterprise was confiscated by Nazis. But after the end of war it passed into the property of the Communist government of Poland.
Fight for the return to property pickling began in 1990 - after a drop in the pro-Soviet regimes in East Europe. The requirements of Pickling are supported with the New York organization Holocaust Compensation Assistance Project, which defended the rights of the victims of the Holocaust into 50.000 cases.

While searching for more information on Irena Sendler found an “Irena Sendler” web site produced by a group of students in the U.S.

They have even produced a play about her, called “Life in a Jar”.
