Looks like a good movie but I don't think blockbuster has it. Must not be out on DVD yet.

Looks good. I hate to be picky, but I'm a stickler for realism in movies. I noticed in the trailer video that a guy fires two rounds quickly from an M1 Garand and there is no kick to the weapon whatsoever. It looks like he's shooting a cap gun because the weapon does not jolt the slightest bit. Now you know... any 30.06 rifle is going to kick you in the shoulder a bit. I've shot a 30.06, and I can telly ya, they will give you a tasty jerk!

I know, it's nit picking, but it does look like a cool movie.

I took it out from Blockbuster. I must say it was rather enjoyable. A group of soldiers escape the Germans. Then along the way they run into a RAF downed pilot with crucial information on teh German offensive. They must now get that pilot to their lines so they can save lives. Very good film. 8)

I bought it on DVD out the bargin bin.

It's average, and the RAF pilot's accent is terrible.

Re: garand & recoil - in movies they fire blanks. This does not cause recoil. You only see "recoil" in movies if it's simulated, & to me that just makes the guy look like he's flinching terribly. But, in reality, the felt recoil on the Garand is much lower than the Springfield.

Awsome movie, True story of the Malmedy Massacre in the Ardennes Forest
and also it was a independent film with no major funding .I feel that the film was as good as saving private ryan
