I watched this the other day, it's a low budget Indie movie from Israel about a Tank crew during the first Lebanon War in 1982. 99% of the movie takes place in the crew compartment, with the only external POV being through the (Not well done) Gunner's sight. It's not a great movie, there are many flaws, but can be quite dramatic, and tense, so it is worth seeing if the subject interests you. Hebrew with some Arab dialogue, English subtitles.

I have heard of this one. Sounds of interest to "tankheads" at any rate. Must try to get a view. Thanks, JR.

I sometimes like Indie films better than mainstream, or Hollywood, Indies don't have to play by the rules of the big movie makers. Some scenes contained images I can only think to be symbolic of something, maybe things familiar to or understood by Israeli Folks. The Tank is secondary to the interactions of the crew,so anyone might find the film likeable, even those who have no particular knowledge of Tanks.
