   Goch is a town in the district of Kleve, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is situated close to the border with the Netherlands, approx. 12 km (7 mi) south of Kleve,

Syed Iftikhar Hassan was born in Lucknow India and joined British Army around 1939. He traveled to Egypt, Palestine, Jordan and Italy. He remained in Italy until the end of the WW2. He died on 2nd December 1979 in Karachi, Pakistan.
